Policy

General Policy

  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Pan Card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
  • Our Check-in time is 11 AM and check-out time is 9 AM. We do provide relaxation of 2 hours in early check-in or late check-out subject to availability of rooms. There are no charges for the same. If the guests want to check-in earlier than the stipulated time and want to occupy the room, we recommend guest to book it for the previous night as well. The same rule applies for late check out.
  • We don't allow washing clothes or cooking by guests inside the hotel premises.
  • We don't have in-house kitchen but the same can be arranged from near-by good quality veg. restaurants and can be served in our dining area.
  • Consumption of alcohol is allowed only inside the room and not in common area.
  • Wifi works most of the time and you will get good signals in common area. Signals are weak inside rooms and network is erratic since it's a hilly area.
  • Guests are entitled for welcome drink on arrival, 2 water bottles [200ml] or 1 water bottle [1000 ml] depending on availability per day per room.
  • We do provide filtered water inside room and encourage guest to avoid use of plastic bottles.
  • Heater is provided inside the room on request and at an extra cost 500/day.
  • Four drivers can be accommodated in shared-dormitory and is available on first come first serve basis. There are no charges for the same. Meals not included.
  • All extras not included in the voucher are chargeable and has to be paid before check out.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 90 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50 % amount would be refunded to the customer.
  • Cancellation of booking done in less than or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date; no refund would be given to the customer.

Staff Tipping

We request guest to drop the tip amount in common tip box placed at the reception. The same is distributed among all the staff including those working behind the scenes.

We try hard to make your stay comfortable but still if you are not happy with our service or infrastructure we request you to bring to our notice while you encounter such problem during your stay and give us a chance to resolve it.
